In each Reserve coffee, the producer takes advantage of each specific terroir, i.e. the local climate, soil quality and topography. They grow different varieties for their high quality and distinct taste characteristics. After harvesting, through advanced processing methods, they bring out these characteristics within the green coffee beans. So, after roasting them precisely, we can offer you some really great coffees.

Quality is a key part and they always put it first. Cherries are hand picked on small farms that specialize in high quality production. They always take seasonality into account when choosing the range so that the coffee they receive is as fresh as possible.
Hayb knows there are thousands of great coffee roasters around the world doing the same thing. The roastery is run by father and son and Wiktor Borowski, the father, explained that Hayb has always had a strong social commitment to the mixed community and oppressed causes and has become a very socially conscious Roastery!
