Brayan, a young producer with deep technical knowledge, has managed to bring out the personality of the terroir through exceptionally pure and expressive batches.<br \/>\nThe natural processing is applied with strict batch control, careful selection and slow drying for maximum aroma development. With a process that requires a high level of craftsmanship, the coffee acquires a juicy texture, a tropical fruity explosion and a balanced acidity reminiscent of the best natural micro-lots from Colombia.<br \/>\nWe chose this coffee because it embodies the future of Colombian quality production. Brayan Smith\u2019s work impressed us with the purity, intensity and character of Sidra Bourbon.
