Las Huacas Farm is owned by Senel Campos, a producer who founded Don Senel Micromill in 2014 as a response to low coffee prices. Starting with minimal equipment and hands-on work, Senel gradually invested in knowledge and infrastructure to unlock the potential of the Brunca region.
\nThis Obata lot underwent Anaerobic Natural processing. Whole cherries are first fermented on raised beds and then sealed in barrels for controlled anaerobic fermentation, with continuous monitoring of pH and brix levels. This method enhances sweetness, tropical fruit character, and vanilla notes while maintaining clarity and balance.
