Known for extensive research on varieties and processing, the farm cultivates Castillo, Catuai, Tabi, Geisha, and more. Since 2012, Juan has transformed his family legacy into a benchmark of innovation in Colombia.<\/p>\n<p>The coffee is naturally processed. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and undergo dry fermentation before being dried under controlled conditions using shade and cold-air drying systems. This preserves the natural fruity sweetness and builds remarkable depth and structure in the cup.<\/p>\n<p>We selected this coffee because it embodies what we stand for at Handpickers: character, technique, and respect for the raw material.
