The Oma Gesha 1931 grows at 1,950\u20132,100 masl, on fertile volcanic soil, and is processed naturally. Fully ripe cherries are slowly dried on raised beds for 25 days under filtered sunlight, developing a syrupy body and vibrant fruit character. The resulting cup is layered and expressive \u2014 wild flowers, red grapes, pomegranate, and creamy white chocolate.<\/p>\n
