Wildan Mustofa and his wife Atieq Mustikaningtyas started their first coffee program in Sindangkerta, Weninggalih in 2010. This later became the main farming area on the Java Frinsa Estate farm. Frinsa Estate has located in West Java, locally called Sunda. The farm has a wet mill as well as a well-ventilated storage area and a dry mill. All this is located at an altitude of 1400 meters.
This coffee has an anaerobic profile that reaches the limits of Funk we would say. You will find in your cup a coffee with the main feature in its profile red wine with brown spices and vanilla.
The harvest takes place from May to September and the main harvest takes place between June and August.
The name of this coffee is Manis: It means “sweet” in the local dialect, we use it for a person, something that everyone loves.
This particular coffee that has been fermented with sugar fungi, gives us a sweet that is very strong, the texture becomes more syrupy and the coffee in the cup we would say becomes more complex. So get ready for a different coffee that will surely pique your interest.
