From the country of Colombia and specifically, the area of La Pastora is located in Los Monos in Ciudad Bolivar. This farm was founded in 1940 and in 2020 was bought by the Prieto brothers. It is their second farm as they also own Villa Cladelina, which have similar characteristics in terms of their coffee-growing characteristics. What they consider very important is to protect in every possible way the areas where they grow their coffee because they are located in a diverse and special ecosystem. The coffee is collected by hand. The cherries are fermented for 7 days at a controlled temperature of 40 degrees. This particular coffee is extremely balanced, with the first sip one will find red fruits, dark fruits and jam.
