We couldn’t have something less than the ideal. For the ibrik method, we created a blend, following the tradition but also combining it with the highest coffee quality. Coffee beans from Ethiopia and Brazil blend together to offer a unique cup with a floral aroma, notes of red fruits and a chocolate aftertaste.
