Espresso Blend Carry Over – A Unique Espresso Coffee with a Story and Flavor
This special espresso blend tells the story of our weekly production process. During the roasting stage, each coffee undergoes sorting through a color sorter to remove defective beans. However, at times, excellent beans (carry overs) are also removed alongside the defective ones (quackers).
At the end of each week, we re-sort the entire batch of carry overs and quackers, ensuring that only the highest-quality beans are retained. This creates an espresso blend composed of beans from various coffees roasted throughout the week, sourced from our entire Handpickers collection.
The result? A unique espresso blend that presents a different flavor profile each time, depending on the week’s combination of beans. A flavorful challenge that captures the diversity, complexity, and passion we put into coffee.
