The history of Finca San Cayetano begins in 1986, when Rafael Silva Sr. acquired the farm and completely reborn it after years of neglect. With an area of 12.5 hectares and natural shade on 50% of the land, the conditions favor the slow ripening and development of the complexity of the fruit.
Handpickers chose this coffee for its exceptional purity, intense sweetness and friendly approach to the cup. We were impressed by the consistency of its flavor signature, the ethical production model and the possibility of polymorphic processing from the farm.
