Finca El Ángel, nestled on the slopes of the Santa Ana volcano in Apaneca, was acquired by Rafael Jr. in 2022. Initially undeveloped land, it was transformed into a specialty coffee farm starting in 2018, focusing solely on high-quality varietals such as Anacafe14. Its elevation and volcanic soil contribute to a unique flavor profile that defines the region.
This lot is processed naturally, resulting in a complex and expressive cup. The Anacafe14 variety shines with tropical sweetness and floral elegance, bringing out notes of mango, nectarine, and honey with a clean finish. The cup is refreshing, bright, and multilayered.
We selected this coffee because it represents the new generation of Salvadoran producers dedicated to excellence. Its vibrancy and structure make it one of the most compelling choices of the season.
