This particular lot, Frinsa Manis #2, undergoes a unique Natural Lactobacillus fermentation process, enhancing its depth and complexity. The coffee cherries are carefully fermented to encourage lactic acid bacteria, which contribute to the coffee’s signature winey and jammy characteristics. The result is a vibrant cup bursting with flavors of forest berries, red wine, gummybear sweetness, raisins, coconut rum, and brown spice, with a transparent body and elegant alcoholic fermentation notes.
