Description
The Granja São Francisco plantation was owned by Mr Octaviano Pinto Lopes Ribeiro in 1937 and his grandson Otaviano Ribeiro Ceglia continues his tradition of growing coffee. The development of this plantation over the years has been unique. Through the management of the cultivation of old and new varieties, their friendly attitude towards the natural environment, the development of the processing and the increase of the value of the produced coffees, the people of the São Francisco plantation have often won prizes for their coffees and various quality certifications. The batch we have is a not so typical Brazilian coffee, with fruit notes blending with sweet chocolate and full body, while the aftertaste is intense and long.
