Description
At Handpickers, coffee is more than just a beverage—it is a journey of discovery, a search for the finest flavors, and a tribute to the craft behind every cup. Hartmann Reserve Geisha Washed holds a special place in our collection, not just for its quality, but for the personal journey it represents. In 2012, Alexandros Fouki traveled to Panama for the first time, marking the beginning of his deep connection with specialty coffee.
Grown at Finca Hartmann, a renowned farm in Santa Clara, this washed Geisha undergoes a meticulous process that enhances its clarity and elegance. The cherries are carefully pulped and fermented, then washed to remove any remaining mucilage before drying. This results in a coffee that is incredibly clean and refined, with a bright acidity, jasmine-like florals, and a tea-like body that highlights the best of the Geisha variety.
For us, Hartmann Reserve Geisha Washed is more than a coffee—it is a celebration of our origins. It reflects the first encounters that shaped our passion and the commitment to always bringing the world’s finest coffees to our customers. Each cup tells the story of Panama, of craft, and of a journey that continues to inspire us.
