Description
Karadykan Estate sits in the outer Giris of Karnataka, India—renowned as the birthplace of Indian coffee. Surrounded by lush rainforest and thriving biodiversity, the estate practices traditional shade-growing and sustainable cultivation. Climbing pepper vines and wild animals roaming freely make it a living ecosystem.
The Chandragiri variety, introduced in 2007, is a hybrid of Villa Sarchi and Hibrido de Timor. It features large beans and superior cup quality, with drooping branches allowing for even ripening and efficient harvest.
We selected this coffee for its incredible sweetness and clean tropical profile—unexpected from Indian terroir. It brings a new flavor experience to our lineup, with creamy notes of pineapple, almond, and milk chocolate that make it a truly unique espresso.
