Finca Buena Vista is a joint effort of 15 small producers in Costa Rica’s Brunca region. Nestled on the slopes of Cerro Chirripó, the country’s highest mountain, the region provides a pristine environment with exceptional biodiversity – the perfect place to grow high-quality coffee. This specific lot is harvested in late January for optimum cherry ripeness.
Using the Yellow Honey process, the coffee retains its natural sugars and vibrant acidity. After partial depulping, the beans are dried on African beds for four days, resulting in a clean, fruit-forward cup with a sweet and lingering finish.
