    Easy preparation! The ideal beverage for matcha lovers. Creamy, full of flavour and organic. For hot or cold latte. Ingredients: Organic Japanese matcha*, organic cane sugar*, emulsifier: fruit pectin. *from organic cultivation. Nutritional declaration per 1 100 ml: Energy 230 kJ /45.5 kcal.     Recipe for Traditional Matcha Latte

    Ingredients:

    • 10-12g Matcha Latte
    • 200-250ml milk (or plant-based milk of your choice)
    • Sweetener of your choice (honey, agave syrup, sugar, etc.)
    • Ice cubes (for iced latte, optional)

    Equipment:

    • Matcha bowl or small bowl
    • Bamboo matcha whisk (chasen) or small whisk
    • Matcha spoon or teaspoon
    • Mug or glass

    Instructions:

    Preparing the Matcha:

    1. Sift the matcha into the bowl to avoid any clumps.
    2. Add the warm water (60ml) to the bowl with the matcha.
    3. Mixing: Use the bamboo whisk (chasen) or the small whisk to whisk the matcha and water until a smooth froth forms on the surface. The movement should be quick and in a “W” shape to incorporate the matcha well with the water.

    Preparing the Milk:

    1. Heat the milk (or plant-based milk) until it is warm but not boiling.
    2. Optionally, if you prefer an iced latte, you can skip this step and use cold milk and ice cubes.

    Assembly:

    1. Pour the warm (or cold) milk into your mug or glass.
    2. Add the prepared matcha to the milk and stir well.
    3. Add sweetener of your choice and stir again.

    Serving:

    1. If you prefer an iced latte, add ice cubes to your glass before adding the matcha.
    2. Enjoy your matcha latte immediately for the best taste and freshness.

    This recipe is ideal for enjoying a rich and delicious matcha latte, whether hot or cold, throughout the day.
