Coffee for us does not stop at roasting - it is a continuous process of care and precision. With our state-of-the-art Loring 35kg roaster, we roast each batch with unique consistency and detail, achieving exceptional purity and balance in the cup. Each coffee goes through strict quality protocols, weekly cuppings and meticulous monitoring to ensure that only the best reaches our customers and partners. The care continues in the storage and aging of the beans, which is done in ideal conditions of temperature and humidity. We believe that the perfect flavor profile emerges between the 18th and 35th day from roasting, when the beans have properly matured. Every cup of Handpickers coffee is the result of a holistic approach to quality – from bean to cup.
