Coffee Sourcing & Founder

Alexandros is the founder of Handpickers. He sources and selects the raw materials, travels to farms and sets up each new partnership to bring unique coffees that express the team's vision.

Natalie Dimou

Event Manager

Natalie is the creative soul behind the events, the branding and the overall aesthetics of Handpickers. With a special love for coffee - and a strict eye for every blend - it is an integral part of our identity.

Roasting Producer

Stefanos is responsible for roasting our coffees - with precision, consistency and a deep understanding of each profile. Every batch that leaves the roastery bears his signature.

Back Office Operations

Christina is the force behind the proper organization and operational consistency of the team. She makes sure that everything is done on time without compromising quality and reliability.

Sales & Q-Grader

Nikos is a certified Q-Grader and responsible for the development of the partner network. He is the person behind every new partnership, with the goal of bringing the Handpickers experience to as many as possible.

Thodoris Kolokas

Orders & Delivery

Thodoris is the “coffee maniac” of the team and the gear man. He makes sure that orders are shipped promptly and correctly, so that every cup of Handpickers arrives on time.

Barista Trainer & Quality Control

A dynamic, upbeat presence on the team, she trains our baristas and keeps quality consistent in every cup. A true coffee lover, she shares her passion with everyone around her and always brings the good energy.

What we offer

We offer you quality wholesale coffees from selected farms, with state-of-the-art processing in 35kg Loring and quality control in every batch. In addition, we have premium wholesale tea and artisan chocolates options, all with respect to taste and raw material. We also provide private label services for businesses that want to create their own coffee with a unique identity (with a minimum consumption of 200kg/month).

Specialty-Grade Coffee

High quality coffee from selected farms, roasted with precision for maximum flavor. We only work with fresh crops each year, so each batch is always vibrant and aromatic in your cup.

Ethical & Sustainable Sourcing

We build direct and long-term relationships with producers, supporting fair trade practices, sustainable agriculture and an ethical approach throughout the supply chain.

Roasting & Sorting

We provide ongoing support to our partners, with barista training, coffee consultancy and technical guidance. We are there for you to ensure that every extraction is performing at its best.

After Sales Support

We guarantee consistent shipments of fresh roasted coffee on demand. All of our coffees are shipped between 15 and 35 days from the roast date to ensure freshness and stability in the cup.
