suitable for brewing 1.25 liter of coffee; for smaller quantities, we recommend the Moccamaster KBG Select with thermos for maximum heat retention. We advise preheating the thermos jug well to keep the coffee warm enough for 2 hours.Features: Perfect brewing temperature of 92°-96° C: less sour or bitter taste. At this temperature, the water dissolves the aromatic oils resulting in an ideal balance between sweet and bitter.
