After roasting, the quaker coffee beans are removed through a special process (colour sorter), as they have a more earthy and woody taste that is not consistent with the high quality standards we want to maintain in your cup. Despite the deviation in flavour, these beans are still high quality and suitable for multiple technical and creative uses.
