We chose two of our favourite coffees and created a blend, with high-quality coffee, the Cold brew organic blend contains: 60% Brazil Mantigeira yellow catuai Natural process 40% Ethiopia Guji Cheldessa Dance # 2 Natural process unsweetened & fair trade. Without added sugar, the moderate roast gives Cold Brew a rich, balanced taste with notes of chocolate and fruit liqueur. The fermentation process of 20 hours and the five filtration stages, offer the right flavour extraction with more caffeine and low acidity. LOCAL Roasted and Brewed in Athens.
