The raw material comes from Danche Washing Station in Gedeo, where around 400 smallholders operate at 2,000–2,300 m asl — this red “Bildimoo” soil yields beans of distinctive aromatic character. The processing was chosen to highlight natural sweetness — cherries are hand-picked, dried on raised beds and processed over many days — results: lychee, pineapple and a refined tea-like finish. We at Handpickers chose these capsules because they meet the highest standards we aim for — every cup speaks of producer dedication, bean quality and the perfection of the moment.
