Fazenda Santa Rosa is located in Brazil’s Sul de Minas region, one of the country’s premier Arabica-growing zones. The mild climate and fertile soils create beans with natural depth and balance. The coffee is processed as a natural: fully ripe cherries are dried whole, allowing the fruit-pulp to impart sweetness and complex texture. As the Handpickers team, we selected this coffee because it consistently excels in filter preparation, delivering notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and an elegant, enjoyable sweetness – a perfect coffee for any time of day.
This recipe highlights balance and sweetness, bringing forward layers of chocolate and nut aromas in a clean, easy-drinking cup.
