THE STORY OF THE PRODUCT
ORIGIN OF THE PRODUCT Ethiopia Aluminum pods (10 Pods)
The raw material comes from Danche Washing Station in Gedeo, where around 400 smallholders operate at 2,000–2,300 m asl — this red “Bildimoo” soil yields beans of distinctive aromatic character. The processing was chosen to highlight natural sweetness — cherries are hand-picked, dried on raised beds and processed over many days — results: lychee, pineapple and a refined tea-like finish.
