The Hartmann family is one of Panama’s most iconic coffee producers, with a legacy dating back to the 1940s. In Santa Clara, at elevations of 1,800–2,050 masl, they cultivate Geisha in ideal conditions — shaded canopies, rich volcanic soil, and a stable microclimate that enhances the variety’s elegance. The washed process is executed with meticulous care: ripe cherries are pulped the same day, fermented in tanks for 48–72 hours, and washed with clean water before being dried on raised beds. This method highlights the clarity, floral complexity, and radiant acidity that define Hartmann Geishas. We selected this coffee to showcase the elegance and precision that Geisha can deliver when cultivated and processed with passion.
