Cultivation & Harvest
Red Gesha grown at 2000m in Pijao, selectively hand-picked at peak ripeness.
Red Gesha Natural EF2 from Jardines del Edén showcases what precision, vision, and devotion can achieve in coffee. Grown at 2000m in Pijao, Quindío under ideal temperatures (12–28°C), it reveals an aromatic cup with watermelon, lime, florals, and ripe berries. The Natural EF2 process—an advanced combination of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation—produces a cup of remarkable clarity, depth, and unforgettable complexity.

Gesha is a legendary variety—born in Ethiopia’s Gori Gesha forest and perfected in the highlands of Latin America. At Jardines del Edén, 2000m above sea level, Red Gesha is cultivated with exceptional care. Years of experimentation, planting, and selective agronomy transformed this delicate cultivar into a coffee capable of delivering a world-class sensory experience. Natural EF2 is a showcase of precision processing: 24 hours of dry aerobic fermentation, followed by 50 hours of controlled anaerobic fermentation in GrainPro bags under <22°C. Cherries then dry for 11 days in greenhouse beds where temperatures fluctuate between 20–38°C until reaching 9.5–11% moisture. The result is a cup layered with florals, berries, and a vibrant citrus backbone. This coffee embodies everything we stand for: intentional farming, innovative processing, and a sensory profile that stuns with purity and elegance. It is the kind of coffee we choose when we want to highlight excellence—an unforgettable filter experience crafted for those who seek depth, clarity, and emotion in every cup.
