Brayan Smith presents an exceptional Sidra Bourbon Natural from Las Brisas — a coffee that captures the vitality of Tolima’s highlands and the dedication of a producer who transforms tradition into innovation. Through meticulously executed natural processing, the cup reveals exotic fruit sweetness, clarity, and refined complexity unique to high-end micro-lots. This coffee is roasted exclusively to order, ensuring unparalleled freshness and expression.

Brayan Smith’s Las Brisas is located in one of the most promising zones of Tolima, where the altitude and microclimate differences create ideal conditions for growing Sidra and Bourbon. Brayan, a young producer with deep technical knowledge, has managed to bring out the personality of the terroir through exceptionally pure and expressive batches. The natural processing is applied with strict batch control, careful selection and slow drying for maximum aroma development. With a process that requires a high level of craftsmanship, the coffee acquires a juicy texture, a tropical fruity explosion and a balanced acidity reminiscent of the best natural micro-lots from Colombia. We chose this coffee because it embodies the future of Colombian quality production. Brayan Smith’s work impressed us with the purity, intensity and character of Sidra Bourbon. We wanted to bring our customers a coffee that goes beyond the expected and offers an extremely rare experience — a coffee that makes you remember why you love filter.
