The processing is natural: fully ripe cherries are dried on patios, with no added water or mechanical washing, which enhances sweetness and fruity complexity. Natural process – cherries dried whole under the sun, without pulping or washing, enhancing sweetness and smooth texture.
Sun-dried on patios for 12–18 days and sorted meticulously by density and color.
Exported under vacuum-sealed bags to preserve aroma and stability.
Roasted at Lighttell 66 for balanced espresso profile. Allow 20 days of rest for flavor integration and crema stability.
